Terms & Conditions
Welcome, and thank you for choosing to work with me! I’m so pleased you’re here. The following Terms & Conditions are designed to ensure a smooth and harmonious working relationship. By engaging in my services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Services
I provide bespoke branding and website design services, tailored especially for holistic therapists, coaches, and heart-led business owners. This includes visual brand identity, website design, social media templates, and related marketing materials, as outlined in our project proposal or agreement.
2. Process
All projects begin with a discovery phase to ensure we’re aligned on your vision and needs. I will provide clear timelines, deliverables, and communication channels so that you always feel supported and in the loop.
3. Payment Terms
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
- The remaining balance is due upon final delivery, before launch or handover of final files.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or as agreed.
4. Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions (usually 2 rounds, unless otherwise agreed). Additional revisions will be quoted and billed separately.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- If you choose to cancel the project after work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable, and additional charges may apply for work completed to date.
- If, for any reason, I am unable to complete the work, a fair refund or alternative arrangement will be discussed with you with empathy and transparency.
6. Timelines
Timelines are mutually agreed upon before starting. Delays in providing content or feedback may affect the project delivery date. I kindly ask that clients respond within 3 working days to keep the project flowing beautifully.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for supplying content, images, and any required information in a timely manner. I’m always happy to guide you if you’re unsure of what’s needed.
8. Ownership & Copyright
- Until work is finalised the it remains mine and is not to be shared in any form.
- Final designs will be yours upon full payment.
- I retain the right to showcase work in my portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.
- Source files (e.g. editable Photoshop or Illustrator files) are available upon request and may incur an additional fee.
9. Confidentiality
All conversations, documents, and materials shared during our work together will be treated with care and confidentiality. Your trust means the world to me.
10. Communication
I value clear, respectful, and kind communication. All project correspondence will be conducted via email, WhatsApp, Messenger, text or Zoom during agreed working hours (typically Monday to Friday).
11. Limitation of Liability
While I do my best to create flawless designs, I’m not liable for any consequential losses, damages, or delays arising from the use of the designs or your website after launch.
